Catching rainbows

Tender and the Big

Mr. & Mrs Wally

Mr. Beeb catching rainbows
Today began early for a weekend, at this point in our lives we are generally accustomed to sleeping in and enjoying it every Saturday due to the fact that it is a rarity in our lives. Today however, that bliss was not part of our morning. Instead, we enjoyed something much greater, a morning trip to "Lost creek reservoir" with our beloved Tender and Mr. Wally. We woke up around 6 am to shower, make lunch, and load up the newly purchased canoe, and some old fishing poles. Our adventure consisted of many disappointments, the largest being the weather with its roller coaster emotions. We got up the the reservoir around 9 in the morning set up "camp" and caste the poles. With in the hour Mr. Beeb caught his first rainbow and what he suspected the biggest fish he has caught yet in his little life.Tender found a tic on her pants and that was game over for her! she spent the remainder of the day on the big rock, or in the car having a nice slumber while Mr. Wally tried his best to catch himself a nice rainbow as well. Despite his efforts, the only thing he caught was someone's sunken  cheese hook...which ended up being a newly acquired addition to his tackle box. I myself enjoyed the drive up as well as the ride in our boat best. Here is some eye candy of the day's adventures!
