Easter

I love the feelings that the Easter season brings, almost like Christmas without all the hustle and bustle. When Easter comes, so to does the message of our Savior, Jesus Christ...The real reason for the season. Sacrament meeting today was absolutely wonderful. Mr. Beeb was able to bless the sacrament today. After doing so, he came back down to sit with me and said "That was special beeb, I got to bless the sacrament on Easter Sunday." This made my heart of course swell with gratitude, #1 for a husband who appreciates and loves the gospel with all his heart, #2 for the opportunity my sweet heart had to remember in a more personal way the sacrifice Jesus Christ had for us all. After sacrament meetings and the wonderful messages shared we got to teach our little primary class, who were of course, amp'ed up on sugar. We taught a really neat lesson that involved Easter eggs, scripture, and little things that symbolized the death and Resurrection. Those little children were shocked to know that the reason for Easter was not because of the Easter bunny, or the candy, or new clothes, but that it was to help us remember Jesus Christ and what he did for all of us who have come short of the glory of God. May we NEVER forget what the mission of our savior is. To those of you who have forgotten, I plead that you soften your hearts and remember because Jesus Christ has suffered for you too, to be forgiven of the mistakes that we all make on a daily basis. He loves you and wants you to return. Just as we heard from Elder Holland in conference "It is never too late to return, however if you procrastinate the time is becoming too late."
